Because we take the time to become familiar with every job when your initial orders are processed, and because we keep detailed records and printed samples of all items on file, reprints whether they require changes or not are effortless at Jeffrey Press.
We are setup to accept your orders via telephone and instant messenger,
M-F 8:30am-5pm and by fax or via email 24/7. If your order is not placed by phone, a Jeffrey press sales rep will follow-up within one business day to confirm receipt of your order, review any questions and to advise of an approximate ship date.
Reorders that require no changes proceed directly to our pressroom and ship within 5-7 working days. Reorders that require changes are processed in our graphics studio and revised proofs are faxed for your review within 2 business days.
